Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from uk.reconpadel.com, operated by ALYCHI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company no. 17157062 ("Recon Padel", "we").

Orders and pricing

• All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel and refund any order, for example if stock runs out.

Pre-orders

• Pre-order items show their estimated dispatch window on the product page. We will email you if the window changes.
• You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships.

Product

Product images are representative. Minor variations in colour and stitching can occur between batches.

Delivery, returns and liability

• Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping and Returns pages. Your statutory rights are not affected.
• Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
